Certification demonstrates PPG’s continuous improvement and customer focus in line with proven management principals. The QEC program also offers a step-by-step approach which provides all members confidence in PPG’s system’s capabilities to meet the needs of the organisation and its members. The process also addresses the philosophies of good management practice covered by the Standard.
